The author holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry Education from the Federal Institute of Education, Science, and Technology of Pará - IFPA (2015), where they conducted studies on Fenarimol derivatives with activity against Chagas disease, as well as interdisciplinary studies with applications of molecular modeling, statistics, and education. They also hold a Master's degree in Medicinal Chemistry and Molecular Modeling from the Federal University of Pará - UFPA (2017), with applications of molecular dynamics studies in enzymatic systems and analysis of protein conformational mechanisms through Principal Component Analysis (PCA). They obtained a Ph.D. in Chemistry from UFPA (2022), at the Institute of Exact and Natural Sciences - ICEN, with a thesis on "Computational Study of Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) Degradation by PETase Enzyme from Ideonella sakaiensis." Additionally, they have conducted research on dynamic and catalytic effects in the investigation of enzymatic reaction mechanisms through Quantum Mechanics/Molecular Mechanics (QM/MM) methods, focusing on Molecular Modeling for the rational design of drugs, using studies such as Molecular Docking, Molecular Dynamics, analysis of protein conformational mechanisms, and Enzymatic Reaction Mechanisms.
